A Mediterranean way of life: Life at Mediterra, inspired by the Mediterranean village concept, carries both the architectural and social heritage of Cyprus and is shaped around two main axes. A production axis where you can grow your own organic food, and an activity axis consisting of social spaces.

The project is located in Alsancak, Kyrenia, one of the most prestigious areas of Cyprus. It consists of 100 independent units and is ready for delivery with title deeds. In the area, buildings higher than ground floor + 1 storey are not permitted. Situated on a terrace between the Five Finger Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, all apartments in the project enjoy sea views from their gardens or terraces.

2+1 garden floor, 2+1 penthouse, 3+1 garden floor, and 3+1 penthouse apartment types are located in ground floor + 1 storey buildings. Each garden floor apartment has a private garden ranging between 57–100 m². The penthouse apartments on the first floor feature roof terraces ranging between 45–66 m². In addition, the project also includes detached villas. All apartment types have 2 bathrooms.
